My students are always ready to play! So much of their current learning happens through various games and classroom activities that allow them to access their natural desire to play. Learning is more organic when it comes to experience and natural play as opposed to worksheets and drills.
These games will allow my students to learn valuable skills such as turn-taking, problem solving and collaboration. Not only will they work on these skills, but these games also offer the opportunity for math and literacy skills that align to state standards. These will be used in small group learning, as well as center time and free play.
