We use our classroom rug a lot for whole group instruction. I struggle everyday to fit every student on the rug. Some of my students have to sit at their seat during instruction because there just isn't enough room for us all. A bigger rug would encourage a positive classroom environment, everyone would be able to easily share their ideas during cooperative learning times.
Wobble stools will be used at the small group table in my classroom. My students are very active and need to be able to move and without interrupting instruction and these stools can make that possible. The stools also provide stability and flexibility unlike regular stools. My students will be more comfortable learning using these stools.
