Welcome to READS Academy Art Room gr. 7-12 where all the magic happens. The students have art class once a week for 40 minutes and love doing hands on projects such as painting, clay, sewing and mixed media projects. Art is fun for the students and a great way for them to express themselves. In the classroom students have choices and are able to pick from different projects they want to do each week. The students have a wide range of interests and ability and they are encouraged to explore their creativity. Student work is proudly displayed on the walls and the tables are set up so students can work on different projects at the same time.
