Flexible seating options will allow my students choice in the classroom. My students need to be allowed to move and release excess energy in order to learn to the best of their ability. Some of the options will be more comfortable for my students, which will allow them to focus on their learning instead of trying to sit still in a traditional chair. If they are in a seat that allows them to release the excess energy, it will be easier for them to focus on the task at hand. Flexible seating will be beneficial for my students in many ways.
