Some students are naturally organized, but for the rest, organization is a skilled learned overtime. The students in my class will use the At-Your-Seat Storage Sacks as a way to get organized. This simple tool will help in teaching students organization, responsibility for belongings and respect for time management. This storage will be useful in helping students put away important things they need for daily classroom use. The materials will be accessible in an organized way as they move throughout the classroom to different activities in the course of the day.
This storage will leave the students desk a little more organized and limit the amount of time spent finding supplies, thus, having more time on task for instruction. With help and some practice using the seat storage sack and the other materials that will go in their sacks, like the wipe boards and markers. Students will learn to apply tasks to be more independent people. Being organized in their daily lives will be routine for them.
