My class of fourth graders has 22 students who are bright-eyed and full of wonder! Observing the excitement and joy when a child has confidence in their abilities is exciting for a teacher. I believe in Growth Mindset and my students thrive in an environment where they are not afraid to take chances and make mistakes. They encourage and take care of each other in our "family". When parents and educators work together, students feel empowered to take risks and accomplish more meaningful tasks.
