I would really like six yoga balls for my class. Why yoga balls, you may ask. Because my students would really benefit from differentiated seating and having yoga balls would be great to have to get some of my distracted students to focus. When their brain is occupied with the yoga ball their mind can more easily focus on the tasks at hand and accomplish their classwork without feeling constrained or feeling the need to constantly fidget. This will help my Hyperective and ADHD students especially. When a student cannot focus or get their work done I will simply have them go and use a yoga ball instead. Thank you so much for looking.
