I have a variety of students throughout the day that are all at different learning levels and styles. We switch classes for each subject, so I see many students in one school day. Our school is a grades 3 to 5 elementary school. We are located in a smaller community, so we keep a lot of students for their entire school career. However we do have a lot of other students transfer in and out also. Over the course of this year my students have taken off with their reading and no longer need to be motivated by the teacher to read. They have done much of this on their own because they have found books that keep them interested and are motivated to read as many of them as possible.
