My students on IEPs require more opportunities to practice skills taught in the classroom. Therefore, they participate daily in reading and math small groups. Individual whiteboards, allow my students to practice skills in a more engaging way and allow for quick assessment. They need folders to hold reference sheets and notebooks to store math models to help them be successful independently.
These new materials will give my students the opportunity to participate in small groups and store reference materials. Students will be able to transition from whole group to small group with their reference materials and learn how to be more independent with their learning.
