My students come from all walks of life. Some of them live in warm caring homes, and yet others live with only walls around them. The majority of them go home to a full house of people, but have no educational support. No one to read too, share their day or even the knowledge they may have gained that day. I know that my students are well educated in the classroom, and I use a variety of resources to help them achieve their goals.
My goal is to bridge the gap between school, and home. Providing materials for children to bring home and share with their families. Games, stories, and activities that engage not only the student and parent, but siblings as well. Bring the excitement we share for learning in the classroom to the living room of my students homes.
