I try to instill a love of reading in all of my students. With more books, I will be able to better fit the needs of my students by having more choices for them to choose from in my classroom library. I have carefully selected these titles based on previous knowledge of what former students have liked and by knowing what genres my current students enjoy. I tell my students that in order to become a better reader, they must read more. Most of my students already have a love for reading, but our school library and my classroom library lack what these students are yearning for. I would like to be able to provide more choice for all of my students so that they can continue to grow in their reading.

About my class
