These items will make a huge difference in our classroom! We really need some updated toys and materials, to help keep students engaged and focused on learning important skills like letter recognition.
We are also trying to get some more diverse items, such as ethnically diverse people, in our classroom, to better represent our student population. There are students of many different ethnicities and backgrounds in the class, and we want them all to feel welcome.
Sensory items, such as special dough and sand, are also very important. We have students with autism in our class, and they connect well with sensory items, and it helps them feel at ease.
Overall, these items will just provide a more inclusive and representative classroom environment!
