The materials I am requesting will be used daily in our literacy centers and quiet reading time. With the new materials, students will be able to receive a "book box" to read throughout each week. The books in the book boxes will be tailored to the student's interests and reading level. The books will excite and engage the students as they learn to read. It is important to have reading materials available at the students reading level. This project will allow my students to have a variety of books to choose from. By providing my students with books for our classroom library, the world of reading will be opened to them through a new, exciting lens.
