Flexible seating has so many benefits for ALL students! Students learn best when they have a choice of their environment and where they can learn best. Students need movement and flexible seating allows them to be able to move and learn simultaneously. Flexible seating encourages collaboration which helps students develop essential skills to be successful citizens and employees in the future workforce. Flexible seating encourages a comfortable, community feel in the classroom. Students will be more productive and less distracted when immersed in a comfortable, community atmosphere. I have many students with various sensory and anxiety needs. This is alarming at such a young age and I want to help those students feel supported with their needs in my classroom. Flexible seating has so many benefits for ALL students and I hope that I am able to bring this into my classroom through generous donors!
