Our school was one of the hardest hit in Polk county. Hurricane Irma flooded our school. We missed a whole week of school. These Kindles will help us catch up. Our school is a Title One school and many students don't have technology at home. If we have more Kindles in the classroom it will greatly increase our students' scores in Math and Reading. The world is more technological every day so this will help my kids in the future but also in their everyday school life. There are so many websites that help increase students literacy and math. If we receive these Kindles they will be able to do these.

About my class
