Instead of sharing microscope with two to three students on one microscope, I would like more microscopes for the classroom so students can take their time in finding images, taking notes, and learning how to use a microscope individually. Students learn through manipulating the microscope, finding patience within themselves to persevere through learning in the microscopic world. (Life Science - LS1.A, LS1.B, LS1.C, LS1.D). Students have to adjust the stage, focus dials, and change lenses while trying to see the images and take notes. This skill enables them to explore and learn about microscopic structures of animal and plants cells.
