I teach children ages 3 and 4 who have special needs. There are currently 13 children enrolled between my 2 half day classes but it will grow to 24 students by June. My students needs range from cerebral palsy, autism spectrum, developmental delay and challenging behavior. Our school is considered low SES and all children receive free breakfast and lunch each school day. My students laugh and play while learning the basics to lifeputting jackets on and off, washing hands, self feeding skills, sitting and attending to lessons, and socializing appropriately with other children. Each day is a new and exciting challenge!
