The third, fourth, and fifth grade students in my specials classes have been wanting to do videos for a long time. The difficulty is the only access to iPads and tablets are mine and the teacher of each class, and they need those to do work during prep time.
If we had the tablets students would be allowed to go outside and take pictures in motion. Videos are my main idea that I want to accomplish with my older students, however with my photo background students will learn the basics of photography. Color, light, reflection, thirds rule and so on. Some even want to make a video for the end of school news show.
