These books will continue to enhance a print rich classroom that I strive to create. With these books, my students will continue to immerse and enrich a love for Missouri´s history and how it got it´s start. They will learn about current events, geographical features, and historical figures that played a significant role to our state and national heritage.
With these print rich novels students will gain knowledge in multiple areas of study and will allow our curriculum to be more flexible with our time. This will allow more time for enhancing critical engagement
My students already have shown an astonishing interest in character traits and civic attitudes of influential Missourians and the migration of Native Americans to Missouri prior to the European settlement in the state.
Having these books will allow my students the opportunity to learn more depth about the subject of Missouri´s history.
