I have a classroom full of the hardest working students I have come across. The majority of my students do not speak English or are learning English as their second language, but they aren't letting that hold them back! My students LOVE sight words and are spelling and reading them so well. But when we turn to read a book, the books are too hard and students get discouraged. We need a set of easy readers and magnetic literacy centers. With these early readers, I will be able to have books available for all students and will be able to differentiate across the classroom to meet the needs of all my students. The kids will love to read!
