During our reading block, my students like to read independently as well as in partnerships. They work together and help each other when necessary. As their teacher, I am proud to see how much they look forward to reading every day!
By donating to our Book Club project, you will help provide my students with access to a class set of books. Currently, my school doesn't have class sets of any kind to offer our students. However, my students are eager to read together, share ideas, and explore a variety of books. I chose Sideways Stories From Wayside Schools because it will appeal to both boys and girls in my class and in my future classes.
