I am a Title 1 teacher at a school that serves a 70% free and reduced lunch population. Over 40% of our students population are English Language Learners (ELL), so they arrive day one with an extraordinary challenges to overcome. While this could be perceived as a setback , my experience here has been that these students arrive every day excited! Excited to see their teachers, excited to see their friends and excited to engage in the business of education. I work with a team of educators who value the importance of seeing all of our students grow and succeed. I am passionate about helping to make sure that these students have access to every resource necessary to help with that growth and success.
