I like to help my students become independent and responsible for their own things. The "mailbox" or classroom work organizer is for my students to have their own independent boxes for their homework, school papers, and positive notes I send home. This would help me not just stay organized, but also share a sense of responsibility with my students. I made my privacy folders for my students but in a room full of kids, manila folders can only last so long; they're starting to show some wear and tear.
I need more durability for the years to come. I also love doing math activities in small group and in centers. The materials I've picked would help improve the way I teach decomposing and adding with a base 10.
