The students will use the green pocket folders as their Leadership folder to hold their tracking sheets for their Wildly Important Goals. The students track their progress of each goal on a separate sheet of paper. These tracking tools require the students to use various means of data input The dividers are required so that each goal has an organized section. The folders are needed so that students can lead their own conferences with teachers, community leaders, and their parents. These folders can also be used as a portfolio. The Leadership folders allow the students to feel a sense of accomplishment and allow for student accountability.
