The Storyworks magazine will fuel my students love of learning by offering high interest and interactive stories, articles, poems and plays. Engaging with high quality text will help my students become better readers and lovers of literacy. Students will curl up on our reading sofa and dive into these dynamic stories. Reading with partners they will increase their reading fluency and expression. I will also be able to use these magazines for small group instruction: honing in on essential reading skills. The students will not only have access at school but will be able to share the stories at home as well.
