Third graders will be working hard to improve their oral reading fluency this school year. To do this, the 3rd grade team will purchase weekly reading passages at each student's level from Teachers Pay Teachers for all of our students. To read fluently, each child will be striving to read all words accurately, pay attention to punctuation, read at an appropriate pace, and use expression!
Digital timers will allow students to keep track of how fast they are reading and keep track of their growth throughout the school year. We can't wait to kick off this awesome learning experience for our sweet kiddos!
