My students need new and exciting books to read. The diversity of readers in my class means I need a wide range of books to make sure each can read at their own level. I currently only have a small classroom library filled with donated books or ones I have purchased myself. There simply are not enough to meet the needs of my growing readers.
My students LOVE reading graphic novels. I cannot keep them on my shelves before they are snatched up. My students are begging me for more. Imagine that... Kids BEGGING to Read!
