I have requested different science materials to incorporate hands-on learning experiences in our classroom. Students will be able to explore how to create fossils, putting fossils together and other explorations with fossils. They will be able to hold different types of fossils in their hands to see similarities and differences. As a fourth grade team we do rotations for science, so this project will be reaching students in five different classrooms. Providing hands-on science materials will help students to learn and love it at the same time! Students learn in different ways and I want to allow students to have the hands-on experience for those kinesthetic and visual learners. I am so excited to be able to make science a hands-on learning experience for my students!
