These materials will be a huge help when it comes to our preparation for this coming Middle School Volleyball Season. This will be our very first year with a volleyball team. I think getting these materials will be a tremendous confidence booster for our kids. Our kids will be delighted to actually see someone support their goals and interest.
The sled will be key for the development of leg strength. In volleyball it is important to have strong legs. Staying low with our technique and being able to jump high up to the net will require a big amount of leg strength. The Pull Up and Dip rack is such an essential training tool. There are so many exercises that can be done with it. My student athletes will be able to target their biceps, triceps, pecs, abs and other muscle groups. The bands will be used to help keep my students healthy through stretching and a series of rehabilitation exercises. Lastly, of course we need the volleyballs so that we can practice and have game balls to play with. Our school colors are green, black, and white so I tried to pick volleyballs that matched.
