I use math as a vehicle to teach students collaboration, grit and work ethic. We are building a culture of teamwork. Everyone is placed in a new group every few weeks to continue building communication and collaboration skills. Each new group as a new leader to help monitor task completion. My students are noticeably more engaged with their work when they have a sense of value and importance. These fun stools will really help motivate and engage my team leaders. I am always amazed at how simple fun rewards reap the largest return in quality work. I can't wait to introduce a new incentive.
