The texts will be given to learners to annotate and read both at home and school. These texts were thoughtfully researched, analyzed, and requested by students. The special lighting will help ease transitions at school and help with consistent moods. The lighting is super effective in creating a safe and encouraging atmosphere. The disinfectant spray will enable us to have a safer learning environment. The ability for choice in the texts will allow students to engage in their learning and will increase drive for subsequent assignments. I've also included a couple of texts for professional development for culturally sustaining pedagogy in order to address the impact of COVID on learning for all students.
