With the use of an Apple iPad device in the classroom, I would be able to use applications such as Plickers and Powerschools scan to give immediate feedback on student progress. Our school uses PBIS rewards to motivate students with points whenever they are on task and a smart device would allow me to distribute ongoing points as I teach without having to stop and go to a computer. The use of i-translate voice would allow me to understand language learners that need to communicate with me in the classroom and would help me to better understand when they are in the need of assistance.
