Currently we are in the middle of a nonfiction unit and my students are devouring these books. We simply do not have enough books! Your donation would greatly help our students who are passionate and thirsty for knowledge.
Reading is one of the easiest and most fun ways to learn and engage in any course of study. Our class is an ICT classroom which means that about half of our students are special education and the other half are general education. They love reading about animals, real people, weather and so much more. Our classroom needs more books for our students. We need your help to add literature to the lives of our students in this low income Bronx school. The students are so excited at the idea of getting more books into our classroom library.
