Glassell Park Early Education Center is located in Los Angeles California and is its 4th year of the Nature Explore Program. The Nature Explore program transforms children’s lives through research-based outdoor design services, educator workshops, and natural products.
The principal, teachers and staff are very committed to the Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom. They recognize the importance of children connecting to nature and music on a daily basis.
The music area is in need of instruments and these African drums will help to teach the children diversity and are multi-cultural. Children of this age learn mostly through play and having these items in our outdoor Nature Explore Program will help in their learning process. This Ðǿմ«Ã½ grant will not only benefit my classroom but the entire school as the African Drums will be out in the Nature Explore Playground.
