With 27 students in our classroom, there is little room for movement. With several students affected by attentional and hyperactivity difficulties, the need for alternative seating is crucial to help keep students focused and alert while learning. Movement chairs provide students with a safe, comfortable place to sit while allowing natural movement, wiggling, and increased blood flow to the brain. Students come to school with a variety of needs and learning styles. Classroom furniture that meets these differing needs will help students focus on learning without feeling trapped in one size fits all seating. Movement helps us learn and grow!
