These books will help increase students reading levels, as well as create a love of reading. My students need a class set of a novel to improve their literacy including Sea of Monsters. They will be transported through different worlds, understand new cultures, and different lifestyles. Their horizons will broaden and their classroom will no longer have just four walls. Not only will the books help increase reading comprehension, but the resources will help students achieve higher scores on state standardized testing.
These boys and girls will have unlimited potential for learning, imagination, and literacy education with the addition of these books. The knowledge my students will gain will be insurmountable.
