The donations for this project will improve my classroom by adding much need technology and English Language Learner software to help students new to the country acquire language acquisition quicker.
Students who are struggling with word structure and comprehension need extra support through innovative software. Our goal this year is to meet every student at their own individual needs. Having the opportunity to focus on their needs using other means not only makes learning more engaging, but it makes learning more importantly meaningful! All students deserve the best education they possibly can receive. With technology, we can bridge the gap! Five Chromebooks will be used daily to incorporate a technology station to provide different and engaging forms of learning. Reading games and manipulatives will be used as stations to add concrete aid as well as real world connections.
