Exposure to STEAM related concepts opens up a whole new world for our children. Children become problem solvers, inventors, and innovators. An article published on May 6, 2021 from engineeringforkids.com stated, "According to the United States Department of Commerce, STEM occupations are growing at 24%, while other occupations are growing at 4%." By providing my students with opportunities to explore STEAM related concepts, I am hoping to increase through critical thinking, collaboration, and manipulation, students who are actively engaged in the learning process and exposed to sharing their learning and ideas with peers.
