The students need access to technology to take part in the digital backpack for success. One thing that students must be able to do is to take pictures of their work to submit to their portfolio. These portfolios were a lot of fun to help with last year. I think with the right tools, the students can create wonderful and meaningful projects to help showcase their learning. The fire tablets will allow the students to be more mobile and give them more flexibility when creating these portfolio pieces. I believe my students will accomplish great and wonderful things and I believe that with these tablets, they will be able to access the digital world and become a part of it in a safe and educational way.
