In today's society robots a becoming a regular sighting in society. This class is set to help students gain an interest in creating and programming robots to complete given task. Students of this generation needs hands on learning and this class is completely student driven.
For students to be successful they must be driven to do more with the knowledge they have and strive to gain more knowledge. This class allows for students to solve problems in their own unique manner. Students are currently working in groups of 3-4 to build and program the EV3 Legos. For the students to be more engaged in the learning, each group of two students needs their own kit to be able to work harmoniously together instead of one sitting back watching the others work.
My students need EV3 Lego Mindstorm Core sets to be able to work in a group setting with only 2 to a group instead of 4 to a group. In the class we currently have eight kits, with about sixteen students in each class. The class is in need of eight more complete EV3 Lego Mindstorm kits.
