In my language arts classroom, students are working in stations to complete differentiated assignments based on literacy, grammar, and writing, which are tailored to their individual needs. Students need lots of materials every day to use in their interactive notebooks. Sometimes valuable class time is lost trying to locate and pass out materials. This project is my solution!
Students will use the literacy/craft buckets daily when completing activities in their interactive notebooks. By having these materials on hand daily, there is less time spent collecting and passing out materials and more class time devoted to learning. Clean up and preparation are more seamless, and students can focus on their learning rather than finding materials.
