My students benefit from multi-sensory learning. With the alphabets sounds teaching tub, my students will not only get to hear the letter and the sound but also hear, feel, and manipulate it. This will help their basic reading skills develop, and aid in fostering a love of reading.
By experiencing everyday objects, and pairing them with a letter, my students will better be able to generalize basic phonics skills and letter identification in a meaningful way.
Making real life connections to the things they see everyday will not only help make learning of the alphabet meaningful, but expose them to new vocabulary.
