My Students
We are a diverse group of 5th grade students from a small farming community in northern California. We do not allow our financial backgrounds or differences to hold us back from achieving our goals.
Our public school has a large number of free or reduced-price lunch students.
Many students are not able to bring much-needed supplies from home in order to be successful in school. We enjoy reading, writing, doing math, as well as learning about science, history, and technology.
