My spunky and sweet kindergarteners attend a suburban Indiana elementary school. Our school serves over 450 students, 300 of those students are at-risk. 60 percent of our school is free and reduced lunch. That being said, my students come from very diverse backgrounds. They all have different needs, some very basic, that they don't receive at home. I want to provide them with the best learning opportunities I can so they can be successful everyday when they walk into my room.
