Having a set of classroom instruments will, for the first time, give the students an opportunity to learn how to play the music that will accompany their voices and their creative movement.
Through the Orff approach of teaching music, these instruments will be of great benefit to students who previously have not had the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the area of music.
With these tools, the students will learn the basics of music and learn how the foundations of rhythm and melody can augment the songs that will become a part of their humanity. They will become among those who can sing AND play!
