Magna-Tiles are beloved manipulatives in our classroom. Young children learn through hands-on learning and building creations are an extension of their imagination. We use Magna-Tiles for spatial problem-solving tasks, logical thinking and math reasoning, for counting, sensory play, and fine motor skills. "You can't use up creativity; the more you use, the more you have" - Maya Angelou. My students build Magna-Tile creations that solve problems, make something better, or change something into something else. Our world needs kids that look beyond the surface, can solve problems they don’t even know exist, can think outside the box, and can do what no one else is willing to try. Magna-Tiles will help my students expand their minds, learning, and play.
