In my Pre-K classroom, all of my students work hard to learn letters and numbers. Our curriculum promotes studying certain topics that relate to everyone and one of our studies will be about exercise and healthy eating.
Learning about the benefits of healthy eating and exercise will teach my students how to live a healthy lifestyle.
Providing healthy snacks will reinforce what they are learning, especially during our snack time. While eating, everyone could count how many fruit snacks they have or they could sort the varied shapes. Usually, I provide daily snacks for my students and it would be helpful if we could attain a variety of snacks for them.
