Often in our special education classrooms, we have students who have a wide variety of communication abilities, and therefore vastly different curriculum needs. Many general education curriculums do not meet the needs of our students, so our teaching staff spend a lot of time and resources creating curriculum that is at appropriate developmental levels. The color printer, lamination, velcro and other resources listed in the project will provide our classrooms with essential tools needed to create this personalized curriculum that they need to successfully learn and grow in the classroom. Teachers will be able to create adapted books, file folder activities, social stories and SO much more.
