I teach a lively, extremely diverse group of 9th and 10th-grade students. They come from various diverse backgrounds, which is what makes the classroom so fun to be in. My classes range from 20 students a period to 38 students. I rove from empty classroom to empty classroom. This makes "making a home" for my students a lot harder. Every classroom that rove into is set up in a different way with different technologies.
My wonderfully, understanding students have embraced my challenges and they really stand up and try to help in any way that they can. My students are aware that I do not have a class to myself because our school is overly impacted.
My students really are great, understanding, fun, lively kids! They have stood up for others, asked if there are ways they can help me serve them and are always respectful to me and their peers.
