My students are all from Kenai, Alaska, on the Kenai Peninsula. They are funny, inquisitive, curious, and creative 8 and 9 year-olds who challenge me every day to be the best teacher I can. Our school has a high poverty rate, with more than half of our students receiving free or reduced breakfast and lunch. We have a student body of over 500 students.
